This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a license between you and the provider of FlashCardify for use of the application and its related services.
Subject to these terms and any applicable app-store rules, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use FlashCardify on devices you own or control for permitted purposes.
You may not sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute the app, remove proprietary notices, or use the app in a way that violates law or the rights of others, except where a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
FlashCardify may interact with third-party platforms and services. Those services may be subject to separate agreements, policies, and account requirements.
We may provide updates or changes to the application to add features, improve security, or address defects. Certain updates may be necessary to continue using supported versions of the app.
The app and its original software, branding, and design remain the property of the provider and/or its licensors. This EULA does not transfer ownership to you.
AI-generated flashcards, quizzes, and explanations are outputs of automated systems and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. You remain responsible for evaluating the content before relying on it.
This license ends when you stop using the app or when the license is terminated under applicable law or these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the app and remove it where required.
Your use of FlashCardify through an app store is also subject to the applicable terms of Apple, Google, and the platform from which you downloaded the app.
