These Terms & Conditions govern your use of FlashCardify. By using the app, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may use FlashCardify for lawful personal, educational, or other authorized purposes. You are responsible for the material you submit and for using the app in accordance with applicable laws and third-party rights.
FlashCardify uses automated systems to generate flashcards, questions, answers, and simplified explanations. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You should review important information independently and should not rely on generated content as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
You retain your rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us and our service providers to process that content and provide the requested feature. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the material you process through the app.
The app may provide free daily credits, rewarded-ad opportunities, and optional credit packs or other paid features. Prices, availability, taxes, and purchase rules are controlled by the applicable app store. Purchases are subject to the terms of Apple or Google, as applicable.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass usage or credit controls, interfere with security, reverse engineer protected portions of the service except where permitted by law, or use FlashCardify to violate another party's rights or applicable law.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
FlashCardify's software, branding, interface, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlashCardify is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on AI-generated study content, service interruptions, third-party services, or content supplied by users.
